From Exterior Cleaning to Complete Property Maintenance

East Coast Pressure Cleaning & Landscaping originally focused on pressure washing and exterior steam cleaning, helping homeowners keep their properties clean, presentable and well-maintained. As the business grew, customers regularly began asking if we could also take care of gardening and other outdoor work. What started as occasional additional work developed into a full gardening and landscaping service alongside our established power washing services. Today, we provide a broader range of property maintenance solutions, combining exterior cleaning with practical garden and landscaping services for homeowners across the South East.

15+ Years of Exterior Property Maintenance

With more than 15 years of experience in exterior property maintenance, we have developed extensive experience working on a wide range of residential properties and outdoor projects. Our work includes driveway and patio cleaning, red algae removal, roof cleaning and sealing, and gardening and landscaping projects.

Roof cleaning and sealing is an area where our experience is particularly valuable, with a focus on thorough, long-lasting results while caring for the property throughout the process. Over the years, this practical experience has given us a strong understanding of the different challenges that can arise when maintaining and improving a property’s exterior.

Professional Cleaning Methods

We use a range of cleaning methods depending on the type of surface and the requirements of the property. Soft wash steam cleaning is an important part of our exterior cleaning service, allowing us to tackle areas that require a more considered approach.

Our experience helps us assess each project individually and select an appropriate cleaning method for the surface being treated. From roofs and walls to driveways and patios, we take care to achieve thorough results while treating the property with the attention it deserves.

A Family-Run Business with a
Personal Approach

As a family-run, father-and-son led business, we take a personal approach to every project we undertake. We believe customers should know who they are dealing with and feel confident that their property is being treated with care and respect. We take pride in the work we carry out and in the finished result, from a single exterior cleaning job to a larger garden or landscaping project. Our approach is straightforward: listen to what the customer needs, understand the property and deliver the work to a high standard.

For us, being family-run is about more than simply working together. It means taking personal responsibility for the service we provide and building the kind of reputation that comes from doing a good job for every customer.

Experienced Across Cleaning, Gardening & Landscaping

Over the years, our work has grown to cover a wide range of exterior property maintenance, from restoring tired driveways and patios to clearing and improving gardens. We have particular experience with exterior cleaning projects, including red algae removal, roof cleaning and sealing, alongside hedge work, overgrown garden clearances, landscaping and other outdoor improvements.

Having experience across both cleaning and garden projects means we can look at the property as a whole and understand what the customer is trying to achieve, rather than treating each job in isolation. Whatever the size of the project, we take the same practical approach and pride ourselves on delivering a finished result that makes a noticeable difference.

We take the time to understand what each customer needs and consider the property before starting work. We are polite, professional and respectful throughout, and we take pride in delivering a service that represents good value for money.

Our reputation has been built on this combination of practical experience, quality workmanship and genuine customer care. The excellent reviews we receive reflect the relationships we have built with customers and the standards we aim to maintain on every project.

The lads were great. They cleaned our gutters and on the day they offered to clean the patio at a great price. Very happy with the results. They were so professional, with great communication and genuinely nice respectful guys. They came up to Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, to do the job and we would definitely be reaching out again. Can’t recommend them enough. Also, bonus that there is a nest in the triangular part of the roof and they didn’t disturb it. Thanks a million for an amazing job done.

Pat and the team did a fabulous job for me: mowed the lawn, cleaned up a very overgrown back garden, removed a tree that was blocking light and cleaned the patio. They were a very hard-working team, a pleasure to deal with, and left everything clean and tidy. They even threw in a couple of extra jobs free of charge. Highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

Fantastic work from Pat’s team! Three men, all day, cleaned and removed algae and moss from the entire roof and house walls. Both patios look brand new, and the roof was protected with a spray seal. Neighbours were kept happy too! I would really recommend this crew!

Great work lads, delighted with the end results. Had 2 patios, gutters, soffits, and pathways cleaned. Pat and his team were very thorough and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his company to deal with.
